Will the reviewer write anything for me? ⌄
No. Expert reviewers read, analyse, and annotate your work. They never add content to your essay or write on your behalf. Any review text is commentary only and must not be submitted as your own writing. This is a hard rule with zero tolerance — violations result in immediate removal of the reviewer from the platform.
Is Expert Review against academic integrity policies? ⌄
Expert Review is a feedback service — equivalent to attending a writing centre, using a personal tutor, or asking a knowledgeable friend to read your work. You receive feedback on your writing; you make all the changes yourself. This is explicitly permitted under most UK university academic integrity frameworks.
Who are the reviewers? ⌄
All reviewers hold a minimum of a postgraduate degree in their subject area. Many hold PhDs. They include postdoctoral researchers, hourly lecturers, retired academics, and PhD candidates with relevant subject expertise. Every reviewer passes a 5-stage vetting process including credential verification and a blind trial review.
Can the reviewer see my name or student details? ⌄
