Is Scholars Hub against academic integrity policies? ⌄
No. Scholars Hub is a formative feedback tool, similar to using a writing centre or visiting a tutor. You are using the feedback to improve your own work before submission — this is encouraged by most UK universities. We never write essays for students.
How is my essay data protected? ⌄
All data is stored on Supabase EU region servers (London). Essay files are automatically deleted within 90 days of submission. We are ICO registered and GDPR compliant. We never sell or share your data with third parties beyond the AI processing.
How long does a report take? ⌄
Most reports are delivered within 10 minutes. During peak times this may extend to 20 minutes. You will receive an email notification when your report is ready.
What subjects are supported? ⌄
Our AI automatically detects the subject of your essay — Law, Psychology, Business, History, Medicine, English Literature, Engineering, and many more. The feedback is tailored to the conventions of your specific subject area.
Can I get a refund? ⌄
If your report fails to generate or is significantly incomplete, we will issue a full refund. Please contact info@scholarshub.co.uk within 7 days of your submission.
How does the Monthly Pass work? ⌄
You receive 3 passes each month. Unused passes roll over to the next month. Your subscription renews automatically each month via Revolut. You can cancel at any time from your account settings with no penalty.
